By accessing or using the Avirone Collections platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including debtors making payments and business partners.
Avirone Collections provides debt collection and accounts receivable management services. The Service allows authorized users to view account balances, make payments on outstanding invoices, and manage collection accounts. Payment processing is facilitated through QuickBooks Payments, Stripe, and Authorize.net.
Payments made through the Service are processed by third-party payment processors including Intuit QuickBooks Payments, Stripe, and Authorize.net. By submitting payment information, you authorize Avirone Collections and its payment processors to charge the specified amount to your payment method. All payments are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
Avirone Collections integrates with Intuit QuickBooks to process payments. By connecting your QuickBooks account, you authorize Avirone Collections to access payment-related data solely for the purpose of processing transactions. We do not store your QuickBooks credentials. Access tokens are used only to facilitate payment processing and are not shared with third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avirone Collections shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
Avirone Collections reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
