  • QuickBooks Data: When you connect a QuickBooks account, we receive OAuth access tokens to process payments. We do not access your QuickBooks financial data beyond what is necessary to process transactions.

3. Payment Data & Third-Party Processors

Payment card and bank account information is processed by Intuit QuickBooks Payments, Stripe, and Authorize.net. These processors are PCI-DSS compliant. Avirone Collections does not store full card numbers or bank account numbers on its servers. 4. QuickBooks Integration

When Avirone Collections connects to Intuit QuickBooks via OAuth, we receive access tokens that allow us to process payments on your behalf. These tokens are used solely for payment processing and are not shared with third parties. You may revoke access at any time through your Intuit account settings at accounts.intuit.com.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:

  • Payment processors to facilitate transactions
  • Original creditors as required for collection activities
  • Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law
  • Service providers who assist in operating the Service under confidentiality agreements
